Meeting called to order at 7:14pm
Motion made, 2nd & approved to accept minutes from last meeting
VP-John stated that Jimmy & Jimmy have been booked for the Birthday Bash
Secretary-nothing
Treasurer-Carolyn reported that although we did have a loss for the year, there is still ample cash on hand.
Inter-Club Liaison-Terri says there’s lots going on and will follow up with an email to the club:
Feb. 21-DE Seashore PH Club is having Jimmy & the Parrots
Feb. 21-Charity event for Dave’s brother sponsored by the Cancer Society at Grog & Grill in Oaklyn $35 advance/$40 at the door Open bar/buffet included. Although this is not a “club sponsored” event, it is for one of our member’s family
Jan. 31-O’Malleys having Jimmy & The Parrots if the bar doesn’t close down first
Jan.23-25-Midwinter Meltdown in Manassas, VA
Events-Feb. 8-HH at Shady Katy’s for Dooley House – no cover
Mar. 15-Bowling at Laurel Lanes on Rt. 73 1-4pm $65 per lane, up to 6 people per lane, includes 1 pizza per lane, soda, juice
Apr. 18-Birthday Bash! At Shady Katy’s 5-9pm Prices to follow as Rob finalizes everything
Charities-Sandy has contacted Dooley House-following is what is needed:
Pullups sizes 4,5,6 Dove bar soap Checks-Made out to Dooley House
Baby Shampoo Baby body wash Crib Sheets
Crib Mobiles Baby walker High Chair w/harness

Motion made by Robbie to buy something of PH Purpose to raffle off-2nd by John
Dave Hood to purchase and club to reimburse.
Lelania nominated Nancy Repash & Terri Hood to sell tix for the Raffle as they were so successful last year.
Membership-(reported by Nancy’s youngest, Samantha)-1 new member, Craig Mowers, 118 total memberships
Publicity-sent info in for February and will send out for the Birthday Bash soon.
Website-Norm stated that everything has been updated.
If anyone has Christmas party pictures, please send them to Norm as he had a photo card malfunction. (Norm@phlockofsouthjersey.com)
Registration for MOTM opened on Jan. 1 “Floridaze”
Norm thanked Cindy for taking lots of pictures at various functions.
Old Business-
-We collected $550 in toys and $190 in cash for Toys for Tots
Terri reported that Major Walker stated there had been a flood at the church’s basement where toys are stored in Camden. Unfortunately, we found out after our event
